Pre-Sales: Every volume available for pre-sale includes an estimated publication date, and we make every effort to meet this timeline. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to slight delays in the printing schedule. If any changes occur, we will keep you promptly informed. Once the volume is published, please allow approximately one week for processing before your order is prepared for shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination (see details below).

Regular:

We strive to process all web orders within one business day. Once processed, your purchase will be carefully packed and shipped. The total estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination:

• UK & Italy: 2–3 business days

• Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom: 3–4 business days

• Austria, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Spain: 4–5 business days

• Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia: 5–6 business days

• Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Sweden:  6–7 business days

• Serbia: 9–10 business days

Please note that some of ours books are shipped from within the EU. As such, shipments to the UK are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may result in longer delivery times.
