Information obtained directly from you: We may obtain personal information directly from you when you fill in forms on our website www.goldenhousepublications.com (our “website”) or when you correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you request the provision of our services. We may also obtain your personal data through the creation of mailing lists.

- We use the platform Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for email design, to manage our email list and send out newsletters. Your email address and name (optional) are managed by Brevo. Brevo adheres to GDPR principles, including fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimisation (Brevo privacy notice: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/). You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

How long we keep information
Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. We may need to retain certain details for longer periods of time to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, or if we believe that these details are necessary for current or expected legal proceedings (f.e. HM Revenue & Customs requires businesses to keep records for at least six years from the end of the company's financial year). We retain personal data obtained through our mailing list as long as you chose to stay subscribed to this mailinglist. You can opt out of receiving communications from us at any time. Any direct marketing communications that we send to you will provide you with the information necessary to opt out.
